It is very important that you inspect your order before signing the delivery receipt. We use FedEx and The United States Post Office to ship our items.
Order processing
We strive to fulfill orders 1 day after your order is received. Occasionally it will take longer due to high volume. If that is the case, we will process your order within 5 days of your order.
Shipping to an alternate address
Your order can be shipped to your place of work or an alternative address if you can not be home to sign for the package. If you would like your shipment delivered to an address other than your billing address you must call and your alternate address must be on file with your credit card company. Any changes made to delivery address after two days may result in additional charges.
Shipping Policy
Your shipment will be sent either FedEx or USPS, depending on the total value of your order. Shipments containing items that have a total sale price of less than $200 will be shipped USPS Priority service. Shipments containing items that have a total sale price of more than $200 will be shipped FedEx Overnight.
As a security precaution all orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you can not be available to sign for your order at home an alternate address may be used., see “Shipping to an Alternate Address”. You may also choose to have your order held at the nearest FedEx or Kinko's store and pick it up yourself.
Tracking your order
You can track your order once the package is shipped. You will need to enter your tracking number if you wish to track your package. To obtain your tracking number go to the MY ORDERS page and click on the tracking number.
