JewelZoom is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund, minus the shipping charge.
We guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions of our items. You may return the order for a complete refund, including shipping charges, if the description or photo of the item was inaccurate.
Refund Policy
Upon our receipt of the item, JewelZoom will refund all charges, including shipping if the return is a result of our error. If the item was used and shows signs of wear and tear you may subject to a partial refund of up to 80% of the total cost.
Returns Process
If your order was damaged during transit or is missing any contents, please call our customer service center immediately at 1-866-430-2648 for assistance.
To return your item, please call our customer service, or email cservice@JewelZoom.com, to receive a Return Authorization Number. If you choose to email us, please include your order number and reason for returning the item. We will send you a return label via email to be used when returning your order. Simply print the label and affix it to the package. If you do not receive an email with the return label within 24 hours please contact our customer service center for assistance.
